The subject of regulation of this Law is public relations arising in connection with the implementation of voluntary socially useful activities by performing works and rendering services free of charge in the forms and types provided for by this Law.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 42-VI SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
