Article 20. Analysis of the legality of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     The analysis of the state of legality is carried out without visiting the subjects (facilities) by examining statistical data, information from state and international organizations, mass media, materials of civil and criminal cases, cases of administrative offenses, as well as other sources of information.

     The results of the analysis of the state of legality are issued in the form of a certificate. Based on the results of the analysis of the state of legality, measures of prosecutorial supervision or response are being taken in accordance with this Constitutional Law.

     The prosecutor has the right to demand from state, local representative and executive bodies, local self-government bodies and other organizations, regardless of their forms of ownership, information, documents and other materials related to the analysis of the state of legality.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
