1. Applicants have the right to:

1) receive complete and reliable information about permissions and notifications;

2) appeal against decisions, actions (inaction) of licensing authorities and state bodies receiving notifications and (or) their officials, a State corporation and (or) their employees on issues related to licensing and licensing procedures or receiving notifications in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) choose an electronic or paper application form for obtaining a permit and/or an attachment thereto, or for sending a notification, subject to the provisions of Article 48 of this Law, with the exception of issuing permits through a competition;

4) choose the electronic or paper form of the permit to be issued and/or its appendices, taking into account the provisions of Article 48 of this Law.

2. Foreigners, stateless persons and foreign legal entities receive permits and send notifications on an equal basis with citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties.

This Law regulates public relations related to the introduction and implementation of a permissive or notification procedure for the implementation by private business entities and other persons of certain types of activities or actions provided for by this Law.
