Article 20. Audit of artificial intelligence systems of the Artificial Intelligence Act
1. The audit of artificial intelligence systems is conducted in accordance with the rules for auditing information systems.
2. When conducting an audit of artificial intelligence systems, they are additionally subject to evaluation.:
1) the quality and legality of using data libraries used to train artificial intelligence models;
2) the presence of prohibited functionality of artificial intelligence systems in accordance with this Law.
