Article 20. Commission of the Republican Referendum Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum

     1. The preparation and conduct of the referendum is carried out by:

     1) The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which performs the functions of the Central Referendum Commission;

     2) territorial election commissions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, performing the functions of territorial referendum commissions;

     3) precinct election commissions that perform the functions of precinct referendum commissions.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
