1. Chairmen and chairmen of judicial boards of regional courts, chairmen of cassation courts, chairmen of judicial boards of the Supreme Court may not be appointed to their position or a similar position in equivalent courts more than twice.

2. The procedure for appointing candidates to vacant judicial positions without competition in cases stipulated by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is determined by the regulations of the Council.
