Desk control in the field of biofuel production is carried out by the local executive body of the region, the city of republican significance and the capital based on the study and analysis of departmental reports, checklists, risk assessment criteria, readings of control devices provided by biofuel producers.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
