Article 20. Forms of acts of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The President of the Republic issues decrees and orders that are binding on the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/15/2017 No. 75-VI (effective from the date of its first official publication).

     3. Acts of Parliament signed by the President of the Republic, as well as acts of the President issued on the initiative of the Government, are preliminarily signed by the Chairman of each of the Chambers of Parliament or the Prime Minister, respectively, who are legally responsible for the legality of these acts.

     4. The list of issues on which the President of the Republic issues decrees and orders, respectively, is determined by articles 21 and 22 of this Constitutional Law. If necessary, the President of the Republic, in exercising his powers, may independently determine in what form his relevant powers will be exercised.

 

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 No. 2733.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
