1. Trade unions shall exercise public control over the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of their members, as well as employees authorized to represent their interests on a contractual basis.

Opposition and obstruction of the ongoing public control by the employer is not allowed.

2. Trade unions participate in the certification of production facilities for working conditions on an ongoing basis.

3. The authorized representative of the trade union is a member of the commission for the investigation of industrial accidents.

4. In order to carry out internal control over occupational safety and health, trade unions are members of the industrial council for occupational safety and health in organizations on a parity basis.

This Law regulates public relations resulting from the exercise by citizens of the constitutional right to freedom of association, the creation, operation, reorganization and liquidation of trade unions.
