Article 20. Liability for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on psychological activity The Law on Psychological Activity 

      Causing harm to the life and health of the recipient of psychological assistance and other violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on psychological activity shall entail liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
