1. Physical education of convicts is carried out in correctional institutions.

2. The administration of correctional institutions provides conditions for physical culture and sports and organizes sports events in accordance with the rules of sports.

3. Convicts have the right to purchase sportswear and shoes for physical education and sports at their own expense.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 No. 228-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of physical culture and sports, defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for ensuring the activities and development of mass physical culture, amateur and professional sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
