1. It is allowed to recognize a particular skill or skills in recognition centers within the same profession.

2. Recognition of an individual skill or skills is carried out if the requirement for recognition of the skill or skills is established by relevant professional standards, and in their absence – by qualification requirements.

3. When recognizing a particular skill or skills, the document on the recognition of professional qualifications indicates the name of the skill or skills, the name of the professional qualification and profession.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
