The restrictions provided for by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" are established for the personnel of the diplomatic service.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2002, No. 299.

This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
