1. Seed sellers guarantee that the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds correspond to the information specified in the accompanying documents confirming their quality.

2. In case of non-compliance of the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds with the information specified in the accompanying documents, the seed sellers bear the responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Guarantees for purchased seeds are valid for the period established by regulatory legal acts, national standards and other regulatory documents in the field of seed production.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 385.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of seed production and is aimed at regulating the organization and functioning of the seed production system and state control over the production, harvesting, processing, storage, transportation, sale and use of seeds of agricultural plants.
