1. State control in the field of aquaculture is carried out by the department of the authorized body and its territorial divisions and their officials (hereinafter referred to as the control body) in the form of inspection, preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control and preventive control without visiting the subject (object) of control.

2. Inspections and preventive control with visits to the subject (object) of control are carried out in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Preventive control without visiting the subject (object) of control is carried out in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Law.

3. Subjects of state control in the field of aquaculture are subjects of aquaculture, local executive bodies of the region, cities of republican significance and the capital (hereinafter referred to as subjects of state control).
