1. Statistical observations are carried out by state statistical agencies in accordance with the statistical methodology based on statistical forms.

2. The interference of central and local executive bodies and their officials and local self-government bodies, individuals and (or) legal entities, and their associations in conducting statistical observations is not allowed.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 No. 257-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state statistical activity, as well as in determining the quality of administrative data, and is aimed at meeting the needs of society, the State and the international community for official statistical information.
