Article 20. The language of transactions of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Astana International Financial Center

     1. All transactions of the Center's participants, made in writing on the territory of the Center, are set out in English, unless otherwise specified by agreement of the parties.

     2. Transactions in which one of the parties is a member of the Center, made in writing, are presented in English, Kazakh or Russian.
