1. The Congress is convened by the Presidium of the National Chamber at least once a year.

2. An extraordinary meeting of the Congress is convened by a decision of the Presidium of the National Chamber.

3. The preparation and holding of the Congress are carried out by the Board of the National Chamber.

4. The participants of the congress must be notified of the upcoming congress no later than forty-five calendar days before the date of the congress, and in the case of an extraordinary congress no later than thirty calendar days before the date of the congress.

5. The notice of the congress is published in the mass media distributed throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on Internet resources.

6. A repeat meeting of the Congress may be scheduled no earlier than the day following the established date of the congress, if the congress did not take place initially.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
