Article 20. The permissive procedure for the export of specific goods, extraterritorial re-export, provision of extraterritorial intermediary services or technical assistance of the Law on the Control of Specific Goods

     A permit for the export of specific goods, extraterritorial re-export, provision of extraterritorial intermediary services or technical assistance is issued by an authorized body based on the results of a risk assessment conducted as part of information interaction with government agencies of the control system for specific goods.

     This Law establishes the principles and legal basis for the control of specific goods, defines the rights, duties and responsibilities of individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan when exporting, re-exporting, importing, transit of specific goods, providing extraterritorial intermediary services or technical assistance, as well as foreign persons engaged in extraterritorial re-export and transit of specific goods.
