Article 20. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on the Production and Turnover of Organic Products

      1. This Law shall enter into force six months after the date of its first official publication, with the exception of subparagraph 3) of Article 1 and subparagraph 6) of Article 6, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2025.

      2. To invalidate the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2015 "On the production of organic products".

     This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of the production and turnover of organic products, aimed at the conservation and rational use of natural resources, assistance in the formation of a healthy diet and the development of the market of organic products.
