Individuals and legal entities have the right to receive information in the field of radiation safety through authorized state bodies and mass media in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 1998 No. 219.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of radiation safety of the population, in order to protect their health from the harmful effects of ionizing radiation.
