Article 20. The rights and obligations of the administration for the management of the pupil's property  The Law on Family-type children's villages and Youth Homes

     1. The management of the pupil's property is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      2. Income from property rental transactions is credited by the administration to the pupil's bank account at the bank.  

      3. Upon the pupil's return to his parents or after graduation from the children's village, the pupil's property and documents are transferred to the parents or the pupil himself according to the inventory under a notarized receipt.  

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2000 No. 113-II.

     This Law defines the legal status of family-type children's villages and youth homes established in order to meet the rights of orphaned children and children left without parental care to live and be raised in a family, as well as to comprehensively ensure their moral, spiritual, labor upbringing and education.
