1. A charitable organization that has formed a target capital (endowment) is obliged to use it in accordance with its charter.

2. The distribution of income from the endowment is carried out in accordance with the budget of the charitable program.

3. Income from the endowment is used to create charitable grants in the fields of education, science, innovation, culture, art, healthcare, sports, museum and archival affairs, environmental protection and environmental management.

4. The number and amount of charitable grants shall be established by the governing body of a charitable organization authorized to do so by the constituent or internal documents of the organization, or by the management company in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 19 of this Law.

5. The administrative and management expenses of the management company related to the implementation of endowment capital management activities may not exceed twenty percent of the annual income of the endowment capital.

6. The use of the charitable grant is carried out by the user in accordance with the contract concluded with the benefactor.
