1. The rules of this chapter apply to the valuation of property in the exercise of the priority right to acquire a strategic object, nationalization, requisition, alienation of land or other immovable property in connection with the seizure of land for state needs, the transfer of property as a property contribution to the authorized capital of limited liability companies or to pay for the acquisition of shares of joint-stock companies, the provision of state in-kind grants, gratuitous transfer of state property to an autonomous educational organization.

2. The valuation of property acquired or alienated by the state on the grounds specified in paragraph 1 of this Article is carried out by an appraiser in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Valuation Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. The appraiser's remuneration is paid from budgetary funds.

4. Disputes about the reliability of the assessment results are resolved in accordance with the procedure provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. The rules of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Valuation Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" apply to property valuation relations arising from the acquisition and termination of state rights to property, transfer of state property to ownership and (or) use.

This Law defines the legal regime of state property, the legal basis for the management of State property, including property assigned to State-owned legal entities, and state-owned shares and stakes in the authorized capital of legal entities, the legal grounds for the acquisition and termination of rights to state property, and is aimed at ensuring the effective exercise by the State of the rights of the owner and holder of other rights. on state property.
