State Treasury and State Treasury bodies:

1) carry out the acceptance and accounting of the fulfillment of financial obligations of the state under public-private partnership agreements;

2) prepare reports on government commitments made on public-private partnership projects and send them to the central authorized body for budget execution;

3) perform other functions stipulated by this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
