In the field of enforcement of executive documents, the judicial authorities perform the following functions:

1) enforcement of enforcement documents (organizational, methodological support, control, consideration of complaints and other appeals on enforcement proceedings, work with the seized property of debtors);

2) organization of the activities of private bailiffs and their collegiums (organization of the work of the qualification and disciplinary commission, holding a competition, licensing the activities of private bailiffs, monitoring their activities, consideration of complaints and other appeals against the actions (inaction) of private bailiffs);

3) cooperation with enforcement services of foreign countries and with international organizations in the field of enforcement of enforcement documents.
