Article 21. Certificate of accreditation of the Law on Accreditation in the field of Conformity Assessment
1. Accreditation certificates issued by the accreditation body are valid throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have a validity period of five years.
2. The validity period of the accreditation certificate is calculated from the moment of the decision on accreditation and includes the period of time during which the accreditation certificate was revoked.
2-1. If necessary, the accreditation body may extend the validity period of a previously issued accreditation certificate until the date of the decision on accreditation for no more than three months if the subject of accreditation complies with the deadline set by paragraph 2 of Article 13 of this Law.
3. A mandatory annex to the accreditation certificate is a document approved by the accreditation body and establishing the scope of accreditation.
4. The certificate of accreditation is subject to registration in the register of subjects of accreditation.
5. The certificate of accreditation specifies:
1) name, organizational and legal form, location of the subject of accreditation;
2) a regulatory document for which the subject of accreditation is accredited.;
3) registration number of the accreditation certificate;
4) the date of registration of the accreditation certificate in the register of accreditation entities;
5) the validity period of the accreditation certificate;
6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015).
6. The forms of the accreditation certificate are documents of strict accountability, have protection and a number.
7. The accreditation certificate is issued in electronic form through the information system of technical regulation or on paper in a single copy, the transfer of the accreditation certificate to other legal entities is prohibited.
8. Lost or damaged accreditation certificates, appendices to accreditation certificates are considered invalid from the date of submission by the accreditation entity of a written application (with attached documents confirming the fact of loss, damage to the accreditation certificate, appendices to the accreditation certificate) to the accreditation body.
The accreditation body issues a duplicate of the accreditation certificate and an annex to the accreditation certificate within five working days from the date of submission of the application.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations.
