Desk control in the field of biofuel turnover is carried out by the authorized body in the field of biofuel turnover based on the study and analysis of declarations on biofuel turnover, accompanying invoices for goods submitted by participants in the biofuel market.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
