Article 21. Financial and logistical support of the Constitutional Law on the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan, his representatives, as well as the working body are financed from the republican budget.

     2. The salary of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan, his medical and social services, as well as material and technical support for his activities are determined at the level of guarantees established by laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for officials holding public positions, but not lower than a member of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. The republican budget annually provides for a separate budget program for the funds necessary to ensure the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan, his representatives, as well as the working body.

     4. Financial statements are submitted by the National Center in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Constitutional Law defines the legal status and organization of the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
