Article 21. International cooperation of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Constitutional Court, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, cooperates with international and regional human rights organizations, as well as constitutional control bodies of foreign countries, and may be a member of associations and other associations created by them. Agreements (memoranda) may be concluded to determine the subject and mechanism of interaction about cooperation.
