Article 21. Jurisdiction in the zone (area) of the peacekeeping operation The Law on Peacekeeping Activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     If foreigners commit offenses against the national contingent in the zone (area) of the peacekeeping operation, the laws of the host country shall apply, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 15, 2015 No. 320-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of the national contingent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in peace and security operations (missions) in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
