1. The national spatial data infrastructure includes:

1) regulatory technical documents, interstate standards that establish general rules for the creation, collection, storage, identification, presentation and dissemination of basic and thematic spatial data, including through the use of information systems;

2) state geodetic, leveling and gravimetric networks;

3) Spatial data sets;

4) metadata;

5) the information system of the state geodetic support, which provides access to data from permanent reference stations for subjects of geodetic and cartographic activities;

6) a single digital cartographic framework;

7) the state geoportal of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure.

2. The national spatial data infrastructure is formed taking into account the requirements of ensuring interoperability through the use of uniform formats for the exchange and presentation of spatial data sets in accordance with the rules for the presentation of spatial data in the National Spatial Data Infrastructure.
