1. Candidates who have passed an exam or exams receive a document on the recognition of professional qualifications.

2. If a candidate has failed an exam or exams during his temporary disability, the recognition center sets a time for retaking the exam or exams.

3. If a candidate receives a negative decision based on the results of passing an exam or exams, the recognition center issues recommendations for the candidate and determines the time frame for retaking the exam or exams in accordance with the rules for the recognition of professional qualifications.

4. The form of the professional qualification recognition document is determined by the rules for the recognition of professional qualifications.

5. The validity period of the professional qualification recognition document is established according to the register of professions.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
