Article 21. Qualification of a judicial expert Law on Judicial Expertise

      The qualification of a judicial expert is awarded by passing a qualification exam by a person with the issuance of a judicial expert's qualification certificate for the right to conduct a certain type of forensic examination.  

     This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
