This Law shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication, with the exception of subparagraph 1) of paragraph 3 of Article 8, which shall enter into force on September 1, 2021.

This Law defines the status of a teacher, establishes the rights, social guarantees and restrictions, duties and responsibilities of a teacher.
