Article 21. Time limits for individual prevention measures of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Prevention of Child Neglect and Homelessness
Individual preventive measures against minors, their parents or legal representatives, as well as other persons who involve minors in committing offenses or antisocial acts, are carried out within the time necessary to provide social and other assistance to minors, or until the causes and conditions that contributed to neglect, homelessness, offenses or antisocial acts of minors are eliminated, or minors reaching the age of eighteen, or the occurrence of other circumstances, provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 591.
This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
