Article 22-1. State control over the activities of organizations for the collective management of rights, as well as over the use of a trademark, service mark, appellation of origin or brand name The Law on Judicial Authorities

State control over the activities of organizations for collective management of rights, as well as over objects of copyright and related rights, trademarks, service marks, appellations of origin or trade names is carried out in the form of an unscheduled inspection and preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
