Article 22. Acts of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Head of the National Center for the Constitutional Law on the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In order to implement this Constitutional Law, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the head of the National Center issue orders.

     2. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan has his own letterhead of the established pattern with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, indicating the name of the position in the state and Russian languages.

     This Constitutional Law defines the legal status and organization of the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
