1. Conformity assessment of chemical products is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

2. A document in the field of conformity assessment issued by a foreign state is considered valid in the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to its recognition in the state system of technical regulation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
