1. An employee of the internal affairs body and members of his family in need of housing, determined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", are provided with housing for the period of service at the expense of the state. Instead of providing official housing, an employee of the internal affairs bodies is paid housing payments in the form of special monetary support from budgetary funds.
