Article 22. Objects of philanthropic activity of the Law on Charity

Article 22. Objects of philanthropic activity of the Law on Charity

     The objects of philanthropic activity in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 4 of this Law are:

     1) orphaned children left without parental care, minors in need of social rehabilitation, prevention of neglect and delinquency among them;

     2) citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners, stateless persons, candace, as well as territories affected by emergency situations and in need of charitable assistance.;

     3) persons with disabilities who need physical education and sports, and the creation of favorable living conditions;

     4) citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners, stateless persons, disabled persons who are unable to independently exercise their rights and (or) resolve issues of their livelihood (legal representation, legal assistance, guardianship, etc.);

     5) persons registered in special medical institutions;

     5-1) individuals in need of urgent paid medical treatment in medical institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) abroad;

     6) other objects.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
