 Officials exercising State control include:

1) Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Road Safety – Head of the structural unit for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) deputies of the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Road Safety – deputy heads of the structural unit for road safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) state inspectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan for road safety – employees of the state control of the structural unit for road safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) chief state inspectors of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital for road safety – heads of territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) deputy chief state inspectors of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital for road safety – deputy heads of territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) state inspectors of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, cities of regional significance, districts for road safety – employees of state control of territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2014 No. 194-V SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
