Article 22. Orders of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Orders of the President of the Republic are issued on the basis of and in pursuance of the Constitution, laws and presidential decrees.

     2. By the Orders of the President of the Republic:

     1) administrative, operational and individual issues are being resolved.;

     2) officials who do not have constitutional status are appointed and dismissed in accordance with the competence of the President of the Republic.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 No. 2733.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
