Single operator:

1) carries out the development, maintenance and system maintenance of the web portal;

2) manages projects for the development of the web portal, and also, in agreement with the authorized body, defines the requirements and ensures the interaction of the web portal with information systems.;

3) provides paid services to potential suppliers for the use (access) of the web portal. The price of services for the use (access) by potential suppliers of the web portal is set by a single operator in agreement with the authorized body.

At the same time, the price of services for using (accessing) the web portal should ensure full reimbursement of the costs incurred by the single operator to exercise the powers of the single operator.;

4) provides consulting assistance to public procurement entities on the functioning of the web portal free of charge;

5) ensures the information security of the storage of electronic information resources of public procurement entities posted on the web portal;

6) carries out the information content of the web portal in accordance with the rules of public procurement;

7) interacts with authorized entities on the integration of information systems of state bodies, state electronic information resources and information security;

8) provides operational support for the process of depositing and refunding money from a potential supplier or supplier located in an electronic wallet, in accordance with the procedure established by the rules for public procurement, using the means of the web portal;

9) provides electronic services through the web portal in accordance with the rules for using the web portal in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body;

10) implements and maintains a database of prices for goods, works, and services with the introduction of a directory;

11) in order to ensure the safety of the money of potential suppliers and suppliers, places money for transactions carried out using an electronic wallet into its account opened with the central authorized body for budget execution, in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body;

12) defines the procedure for the formation of an electronic catalog of goods.
