Article 22. Requirements for the personnel of the subjects of the Food Safety Act
The personnel of the entities involved in the processes (at the stages) of production (manufacture), turnover and disposal of food products are required to undergo preliminary and periodic medical examinations, as well as hygienic training in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is prohibited to allow personnel of subjects who have not passed preliminary and periodic medical examinations, as well as patients with infectious diseases that are carriers of various sources of diseases, to the processes (stages) of development (creation), production (manufacture), turnover and disposal of food products, until negative laboratory results are obtained.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring food safety to protect human life and health, the legitimate interests of consumers and environmental protection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
