Article 22. Responsibility of the staff of the Diplomatic service of the Law On the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan

      1. The staff of the diplomatic service in case of violation of the duties assigned to them is responsible in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     2. The following disciplinary penalties are applied to the personnel of the diplomatic service:  

     1) Remark;  

     2) Reprimand;  

     3) severe reprimand;  

     4) the delay in conferring diplomatic rank is up to one year;

     5) demotion or diplomatic rank;  

     6) deprivation of diplomatic rank;  

     7) warning about incomplete service compliance;  

     8) dismissal.  

     3. Disciplinary action against diplomatic service personnel is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2002, No. 299.

       This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
