Article 23. Criminal prosecution of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     The Prosecutor's Office, on behalf of the State, carries out criminal prosecution in accordance with the criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2022 No. 155-VII SAM.  

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
