Article 23. Preparation of acts of the President of the Republic and their submission for consideration by the President of the Constitutional Law on the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The preparation of draft acts of the President of the Republic is carried out:
1) The Presidential Administration and other state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic;
2) The Government of the Republic;
3) By the Supreme Court;
4) excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/15/2017 No. 75-VI (effective from the date of its first official publication);
5) other state bodies and officials designated by the President of the Republic.
2. Draft acts submitted to the President of the Republic for consideration:
1) are prepared and submitted to the President in Kazakh and Russian languages.;
2) must meet the requirements of legal technology and office work.
3. The acts issued by the President are numbered for the term of office of the President of the Republic. The originals of the acts of the President and their materials are kept in the relevant structural subdivision of the Presidential Administration and, upon expiration of the time limits established by law, are sent to the Archive of the President of the Republic.
4. Control over compliance with the procedure established by law for the preparation of draft acts of the President and their submission to the Head of State for consideration is carried out by the Head of the Presidential Administration.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
