Article 24. Dispute resolution in the field of seed production The Law On Seed Production

      Disputes arising during the implementation of activities in the field of seed production are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 385.

      This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of seed production and is aimed at regulating the organization and functioning of the seed production system and state control over the production, harvesting, processing, storage, transportation, sale and use of seeds of agricultural plants.
