Article 24. Ensuring the working conditions of the Referendum Commissions Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum

     1. Decisions of the referendum commissions taken within the limits of their powers are binding on all state bodies, local self-government bodies, organizations, as well as their officials in the relevant territory.

     2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/05/2024 No. 109-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     3. State bodies, local self-government bodies, organizations, as well as their officials are obliged to assist the referendum commissions in the exercise of their powers, provide information and materials necessary for their work, and provide other assistance.

     4. Ensuring the working conditions of the members of the referendum commissions in terms of remuneration for their work during the preparation and conduct of the referendum is determined in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

 

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
